Campus Hambaken

A revolutionary and sustainable office building has been successfully completed in Den Bosch after just eight months of dedicated work. This project was realized through a collaboration between Campus Offices, a provider of full-service office environments, and HOLD Buildings, a conceptual developer of sustainable office buildings.

The new office building at Hambakenwetering 1C covers more than 4,000 square meters and was built entirely from wood. The wooden structure and the use of prefabricated elements enabled the rapid completion of this five-storey building. In addition, the innovative timber design stores CO₂ and offers a much more sustainable alternative to traditional concrete construction. Noviton Prefab was commissioned to supply and install the entire façade.

As AVAVERA, we are proud to have contributed to this remarkable project with our façade systems. Our innovative“AVA H” solution played a central role in the design of the building envelope and seamlessly combined functionality and sustainability.
